All the activities of the University of Georgia are regulated by the Georgian Constitution, Georgian international agreement and also by Georgian Law about high and general education system, public person law and about other adequate normative notary acts.

In the University of Georgia studying process and general life is regulated by UG Covenant.

The special part of the Covenant of the University of Georgia is Ethic Code, which edition finished on 25th November 2005 by Students and professors of the University.
The most interesting part for students is estimation system.
The content of estimation system of the University is periodically changed by administration, that's why we advice students to acquaint it before starting new academic year.

All the academic personal, as well as students are obliged to be acquainted with Covenant. Familiarizing with Covenant will help the students to integrate them into active University life. In free and liberal society, University must serve to search for and find out the truth and knowledge, that is practicable only based on healthy discussion and open intercourse. In order to achieve these goals, it is inevitable to obey to the University Covenant.
