Saba Gvetadze
  
Student of the School of Social Sciences; receives the stipend from the university for successful studying. Currently he is the recipient of the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs program - Global UGRAD 2009-2010 and studies in Dickinson State University in the state of North Dakota.
 
When we asked Saba to write his opinion regarding The University of Georgia, he replied – “The education I received at the University of Georgia while being a freshman and a sophomore helped me to understand politics and international relations as a science and in getting a whole basic knowledge, also it helped me to figure out my priorities and spheres of interests. That is why nowadays in USA I am working concretely on my specialization and interests.”

The student of the School of Economics and Business is a twice champion in water polo in Georgia and is the member of the water polo national team of Georgia.
 
According to Nika – “The University of Georgia supports the development of its students in many ways”

  Nuki Karalashvili

   
She is the student of the School of Humanities. Nuki became ‘2nd Vice Miss’ on the contests “Miss Georgia 2009”.
“I love the University of Georgia, students and people working here” – said Nuki.

   Luka Chokhonelidze

   
The student of the School of Economics and Business is the member of the basketball team “Nicke”.
 
About the University of Georgia he said – “Despite the fact that the studying at the University of Georgia is hard, university supports me to be actively involved in sports.”

Tamar Tabatadze

   
Tamar is a student in the School of Humanities studying English language philology. She is receiving a stipend for being a successful student and also she is teaching English language course to the secondary school students within a special program of the University of Georgia.
 
Her says: “I’ve never been so motivated to study like I am now and this is a great merit of The University of Georgia. I am very pleased and proud to be a student of The University of Georgia, due to its encouraging programs.”

   Aechil Dalaqishvili 

   
Archil is the student of the School of Economics and Business. He is the member of the rugby teams up to 17 and 18 years. Currently he is the member of the team “Wissol-Kochebi”.
 
According to him – “Despite the fact that there is a busy schedule of studying at The University of Georgia, I am given the opportunity to be a successful student parallel to the successful sportsman.”

   Ana Khutsishvili

 

   
Ana is the student of the School of Law, she gained the status of “Miss Elegancy” on the contests “Miss Georgia 2007” and on the contests „Miss Tourism Queens International 2008” she became “Miss Tourism Asia”.
 
Ana said: “The University of Georgia supported me to participate in this contest and get a success. I am graduating from BA at this university and I plan to make my MA here as well.” 

  Natia Bandzeladze

   

Natia is one of the successful students at the School of Social Sciences. Parallel to this she is the member of the volleyball teams of Tbilisi and Georgia.
 
Regarding the University of Georgia Natia said: “To be a successful student at the University of Georgia needs a big work, but students still get a chance to be busy with professional sports. University supports us to express our talent in various ways.”

Natia is the student of the School of Economics and Business who receives a stipend for being a successful student.
 
When we asked her opinion regarding the University of Georgia she replied – “My university gives me an education and shows the ways of practical realization of it. The experience I gain here helps me to be a professional in my work, not to be afraid of difficulties and establish myself as a professional. The studying method that The University of Georgia offers helps students to become successful both, on local and international levels.”

Manana Tsereteli

   
The student of the School of Humanities who is the member of the national skiing team. Manana is the absolute champion of Georgia for three times, 7 times champion in giant slalom and the winner of various international contests. Within the university contests in skiing she got 1st place in 2008 and 2nd place in 2009.
 
Manana says – “I think that it is possible to get a really good education at The University of Georgia if one really wants it, if not so I would not have decided to continue my MA here as well. For four years university has been supporting me for being actively involved in sports and after some success canceled my studying fee. This was a big stimuli for me.”
Tamar Bitsadze
Tamar is the student at the School of Law, who has high grades and at the same time works as a manager of Master’s Studies at the University of Georgia.
 
According to her – “Looking back from today I can say that one of the most important decisions in my life was when I linked my future with the University of Georgia. I was right, because our teachers have high proficiency and they teach us both, theoretical knowledge and the ways of its practical realization. We always greet you with smile and are always ready to become your guides in the future.”
