Quality Assurance Office

Educational/scientific activities, as well as the sphere of improving qualification of the academic staff are the areas of Quality Assurance Office activity.
The office controls the conformity of the standards of educational and scientific activities approved by the Academic Council, also attends lectures, checks syllabi, etc.
The office also coordinates the permanent council for controlling the educational scientific process. The member of the Council are: Quality Assurance Manager (the Head of the Council), university full professors.
Quality Assurance Manager:

Controls the conformance of the educational process with the decisions taken at the Academic Council meetings and the standards of the Bologna process;

Investigates the conformity of the academic process in schools and departments with the standards and requirements established at the university; for this purpose the Council: examines the academic process of the previous semester; checks quizzes, midterm and final exams, etc., the Quality Assurance Council checks the conformance of exams with course objectives stated in course descriptions; it also checks the conformance of course. syllabi and materials with the aims and objectives of respective program, etc.

Prepares University documentation for program accreditation;

Prepares University documentation for getting international accreditation;

Contacts and cooperates with other local or foreign educational institutions to establish criteria of inner or outer control and deriving methodology for this purpose;
