The Social Security and Medical Insurance of the personnel and students is led by the Medical Department. The head of the department is Doctor Elene Totadze. In case of illness  you can visit a doctor who will offer a firs aid and consultation.

All of the university staff  and students are insured. Insurance Company Imedi L provides medical insurance for the University of Georgia.      The company has a license in every sphere of insurance and offers services in every part of the country. The company has one head office and 9 regional branches.
Today each member of the University staff us insured with an individual packages of Imedi L.

University’s  medical insurance offers the ability to have a highly qualified medical insurance in comfortable conditions and diagnose health by using expensive diagnostics technologies.
