Acceptance Procedure
Applicants for graduate programs have to:
• Fill in the application form
• Produce a Bachelor’s diploma
• Bring four 3 x 4 photos
• Copy of ID Card
After the processing of the documentation they have to successfully pass the entrance tests in:
• English Language
• One of the general ability tests, based on the selected area of study:
a. written test for the Liberal Arts programs (University GRE)
b. written test the Business Administration and Information Technologies program applicants (University GMAT)
If the applicant successfully passes the exams, he/she may register for the courses directly. An applicant who fails the test has the right to enroll in special Master’s Preparatory Programs.
Registration Procedure
For registration, please address the Master’s Program Coordinator.
- Registration has to be completed in a specified period of time. The fine for late registration is 50 GEL.
- The maximum number of courses a student can register for during one term is 5, the minimum – 3 courses.
- The amount of the tuition fee is determined by the number of courses taken during a term.
- The status of a student who registers for less than three courses will be downgraded from the Master’s program to a non-degree status.
- The number of students registered for a particular course should not exceed 25.
- In case of late registration and inability of the students to register for the courses they prefer, they must select a course from those core or elective courses that have vacant spaces left.

Preparatory Department
Preparation Courses for Unified National Examinations
University of Georgia offers preparation for the Unified National Examinations. University entrants have the opportunity to prepare in all the disciplines required according to the new regulations.
Aplicants have to:
1. Bring Identity Card (original and copy)
2. Bring four 3 x 4 photos
3. Fill in the application form
4. Pay the course fee.
The UG offers Master’s Preparatory Programs. An applicant who fails the entrance test has the opportunity to enroll in Master’s Preparatory Programs
Aplicants Should:
