Our students are learning by doing
Graduate students of the University of Georgian are actively involved in the study of the peculiarities of various organizations. UG provides long-term internship courses for its students. Quite a few of the students who have successfully completed these internships have been offered permanent employment. UG graduate students enjoy the opportunity to deepen and enrich the theoretical knowledge gained in different disciplines with the practical expertise in the corresponding fields.

Public Policy, Local Self-governance and other similar program students deepen their knowledge in the Administration of the President of Georgia, Parliament of Georgia and other state agencies. There are currently 6 Public Policy and Local Self-governance students taking two-month summer internships in different departments of the Administration of the President of Georgia: Department of Legal Issues and Relations with the Government and other State Agencies, Department of Relations with the Government, other State Agencies and the Court, Analytical Team in International Relations, Analytical Team in Regional Affairs, etc.
Media Management students get the skill necessary for their future profession in the “24 Hours” newspaper and the News Agency “Prime News”. Some of the students are already employed by these organizations.
The students take the internships with great responsibility and perform their duties with excellence.
