How to Apply

📝 Registration
- Open Year-Round: Registration at our university is always open.
📅 Intake Periods
Required Documents
- Passport (JPG format, named “Passport”)
- High school certificate (Bachelor’s diploma for Master program)
- Video (2 min, general background)
- Photo (JPG format, 3x4, named “Photo”)
- Application fee receipt
💡 Application fee ($170) is waived if you provide a Georgian translation of documents + NCEQE payment receipt (250 GEL).

Per request, the University will submit documents to the Ministry of Education for evaluation through an online platform once placement letters are prepared from the International student's department.

Steps
- Application Review – We review your application & provide feedback.
- Enrollment Confirmation – Ministry of Education confirms within 3–4 weeks.
- Online Exams – English + program-specific test. Details sent by email.
- Final Step – Official enrollment notification after tests.
✅ Post-Enrollment
- Tuition Payment – Part fee for embassy invitation; full first year after arrival. Installments are possible from 2nd year.
- Visa Support – Invitation letters will be provided if part fee is paid. Assistance available on request.
- Residence Support – Assistance with residence permits available per request.
- Health Insurance – Not included in tuition. Students must present valid health insurance to the University within one month after signing the contract at the Registration desk of the University. It must be updated every year. We cooperate with a trusted provider and can guide you to obtain it.
- Contract – Full fees payment for first year required to sign contract at the Registration Desk of the University by time slot (Detailed instructions will be provided to students through their UG account once enrolled).
💡 In case of visa rejection, paid tuition fees will be refunded upon request.
🏠 Accommodation
- University housing is under construction.
- Temporary housing support is available per request.
- We provide accommodation letters for visa applications.
🎁 Discounts & Scholarships
- Sibling Discount: 5% tuition reduction for each sibling.
- Scholarships: Currently unavailable. High GPA students may receive incentives.
