Key Functions & Duties
-
Renewable Energy Promotion: Participating in initiatives aimed at prioritized utilization and expansion of renewable energy sources.

Program Development: Assisting in drafting and implementing short-, medium-, and long-term programs to support renewable energy projects in accordance with international standards.

Project Monitoring & Execution: Participating in reviewing documentation, overseeing execution, and monitoring energy infrastructure projects across design, construction-assembly, and rehabilitation/reconstruction phases.

Emergency Strategy: Contributing to the development of state energy sector strategies for emergency situations.

Technical-Economic Evaluation: Participating in analyzing received investment proposals, submitted documentation, and feasibility studies to prepare relevant recommendations for renewable energy projects.

Investment Agreement Oversight: Participating in the monitoring and facilitating the implementation of investment projects and executed investment contracts.

Correspondence: Preparing draft official correspondence and documentation originating from the Division, Department, or Ministry.

Ad-Hoc Directives: Executing tasks defined by Ministry regulations and instructions assigned by leadership within the scope of competence.
Qualification Requirements

Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the energy sector.

Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the country's core energy infrastructure.

Technical Skills (Preferred): Proficiency in specialized engineering/mapping software: AutoCAD and ArcGIS.

Evaluation Stages: Candidates will be evaluated through an Oral Task / Practical Exercise and an Interview (testing domain knowledge and analytical abilities).

Maximum Total Score: 40 Points (Oral Task: max 20 points; Interview: max 20 points).

Oral Task Threshold: A candidate must score at least 12 points on the Oral Task to proceed to the Interview stage.

Final Qualification Threshold: Candidates scoring below 15 points in the interview will not be considered for appointment.
