Public discussion on the topic - Results of the Armenian parliamentary elections and their strategic impact on the region

The University of Georgia’s Center for Security, Policy and Nationalism Research (UGSPN) invites you to a public discussion on the topic:The Results of Armenia’s Parliamentary Elections and Their Strategic Impact on the Region

The discussion will cover:

  • Armenia’s domestic political dynamics following the elections, including the distribution and positioning of political forces;
  • The impact of the election results on Armenia’s foreign policy, particularly in the context of its relations with the West;
  • Prospects for the Armenia–Azerbaijan peace process, the regional security architecture, and the implications of the new political reality for the balance of power in the South Caucasus;
  • Potential challenges and opportunities for Georgia, including issues related to regional stability, transit connectivity, the security environment, and the potential geopolitical realignment of the South Caucasus.
