We are proud to announce that Flora Sicard, a French lawyer and researcher, has joined the teaching faculty of the International Business Law program at the University of Georgia.
She holds a PhD in Law and is a practicing attorney with 10 years of experience working at Ernst & Young. Flora Sicard specializes in EU tax law, internal market regulation, and competition law.
