On June 23, UG hosted the Scientific Conference on “Violent and Non-Violent Conflicts in the Modern World”

The conference was initiated by the International Relations Department of the School of Social Sciences.

UG students as well as students from various universities presented their works on topical issues. The conference included question-answer sessions. Participants were awarded with special certificates and gifts.

It should be noted that the University of Georgia systematically hosts conferences on various topics for the purpose of raising awareness on important issues and developing research and analytical skills among students.
