A new textbook titled "Special Part of Criminal Law: Crimes Against the Person," authored by Prof. Bachana Jishkariani, has been published within the framework of the Institute of Georgian, German, and International Criminal Law of the Law School.
Like its first edition, the textbook is structured based on German methodology, with the elements of individual offenses also presented schematically, taking into account the latest legislative developments.
