Roya Anvari has a postdoctoral in strategic management at Isfahan University under the National Elites Foundation of Iran and another postdoctoral in human resource management at the Universiti of Teknologi Malaysia (UTM, Malaysia). Moreover, doctorate degree in strategic management at UTM. She joined UTM at the department of human resource development, faculty of management. She is a recipient of the best PhD student and chancellor award from UTM. She has been visiting professor in Azerbaijan University (Baku) and Kaunas University of Technology (KTU, Lithuania). Also, published 6 research books and author of journal papers and publications in international conference proceedings indexed by the Web of Science. She supervised research in the field of management. She has been involved in many collaborative research projects financed by various instances including the GUP and IRGS. She is promoted to the rank of full professor position from April 2023.
