Ketevan Nozadze is a delivery excellence and digital transformation professional with over 15 years of experience across fintech, consulting, and data analytics. At the center of her work is the integration of artificial intelligence into everyday workflows — how AI can strengthen business analytics, team productivity, and data-driven decision-making. Currently at Bank of Georgia, she leads work on engineering performance, DORA and flow metrics, Jira/Git workflows, and Agile transformation across teams, using AI as a lever for efficiency and delivery.
In parallel, Keti is Head of the Business Analytics undergraduate program and an invited lecturer at the University of Georgia, where she teaches Introduction to Business Analytics, Data Analysis and Visualization, Business Intelligence, and Digital Transformation — with a strong emphasis on the practical application of modern AI tools. She holds an MBA from the same university.
Her academic focus centers on AI-augmented business analytics: at the ICBAP 2025 international conference she presented the study "AI-Augmented Business Analytics in Innovative Startups," published by Springer. She holds certifications from leading international platforms (Scrum.org, ICAgile, Lean Six Sigma, UiPath), along with credentials in robotic process automation (RPA) and computer vision (MIT & GITA).
Keti combines deep hands-on experience with teaching, helping professionals and organizations build strong, data-driven, and AI-oriented cultures. Her work is focused on AI-driven innovation, Agile transformation, and the human-centered principles of Management 3.0.
