Mathematical model for fatigue life – resistance to crack propagation – of metallic structures - 2019-2021

Levan Antashvili is an invited lecturer teaching the course Mathematical Methods for Machine Learning. He holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and has several years of experience in data science. He is one of the principal contributors to the model validation extension of the end-to-end AutoML pipeline developed by the Risk Modeling Data Science Team at TBC Bank, Georgia. He is a pioneer in applying machine learning techniques to both business applications and scientific research, with extensive experience leading teams in the mathematical simulation of technological processes. His work spans deterministic models (ODEs, PDEs) and data-driven statistical models using modern machine learning frameworks. He is also the author and co-author of multiple scientific publications and conference presentations.
