Remuneration: From 1,300 GEL (Entry-level candidates considered)

"Bauservice" LLC specializes in construction and engineering services, managing comprehensive infrastructure projects, cost estimation, and object-based financial tracking.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing project cost estimations and offer forms
-
Conducting interim project performance analysis against planned benchmarks (materials, wages, timelines)

Analyzing project profitability and cash flows
-
Preparing structured financial reports
-
Sorting and systematically organizing project-related documentation
-
Tracking daily operational issues and project discrepancies
-
Accounting for expenditures and fixed assets categorized by project sites
Qualification Requirements:
-
Higher education degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Exact Sciences

High level of proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
-
Professional experience: Less than 1 year (entry-level candidates welcome)
