Key Responsibilities:

Fulfilling sales targets for remittances, money transfers, and other non-credit financial products
-
Monitoring and analyzing sales performance data for remittances and related non-credit products
-
Planning and executing targeted promotional campaigns and marketing tools
-
Preparing trainings, seminars, and presentations to actively participate in staff training initiatives
-
Assisting in resolving customer claims and service complaints
-
Providing technical support to branch networks throughout the sales process
-
Identifying system/technical glitches and initiating resolution with relevant IT units
-
Preparing periodic performance and sales analytics reports
Qualification Requirements:
-
Higher education degree
-
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a managerial role within the banking/operational sector

Prior experience in a similar position is considered a strong advantage

Flawless verbal and written communication skills in Georgian
-
Strong effective communication capabilities
-
Proven sales skills and product-driving capabilities
-
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
