Key Responsibilities:

Participating in the development of the annual audit plan
-
Identifying and assessing risks associated with business processes using industry-standard audit methodologies
-
Evaluating internal control systems and providing recommendations to manage business risks
-
Ensuring company compliance with internal procedures and national legislation
-
Conducting business process audits: conducting preliminary research, risk/control identification, and creating audit programs
-
Executing the audit process, assessing control effectiveness, preparing audit reports/conclusions, and tracking implementation of recommendations

Providing consulting services within the scope of audit competence
Qualification Requirements:
-
Higher education degree (preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Audit/Accounting, or Economics)

Minimum 3 years of work experience in an audit firm (Big 4 experience is preferred) as an Auditor/Senior Auditor, OR minimum 4 years of experience in Internal Audit/Internal Control within a medical or financial institution

Thorough knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Proficiency in Visio, MS Project, and SQL is considered an advantage

Proficiency in English and Russian languages is required
