About Coca-Cola Talents
Coca-Cola Talents is a unique mentoring, internship, professional development, and employment program at Coca-Cola, offering opportunities across three key areas:

Marketing

Finance & Analytics
The program is fully based on a mentoring approach and includes meetings with successful Coca-Cola employees, mentoring sessions, professional advice, knowledge and experience sharing, internship opportunities, and potential employment.
Candidates who successfully complete the internship program will have the opportunity to join the company as employees.
Coca-Cola Talents – Regional Program
This year, for the first time, Coca-Cola Talents – Regional Program will be launched.
The internship and development project will give young people living in the regions the opportunity to gain practical experience and complete an internship at various Coca-Cola branches located in their respective regions.

How Does the Program Lead to Employment?

Following the application screening and interview process, participants will be selected for all three program areas;

Mentors in each area will assign candidates practical tasks;
-
Selected candidates will participate in a 3–6 month paid internship and mentoring program at Coca-Cola Bottlers Georgia;
-
Candidates who successfully complete the internship will have the opportunity to join the company as employees.
Who Is Coca-Cola Talents For?
The Coca-Cola Talents program is open to university graduates and fourth-year students who are planning to build their careers in one of the three areas and are eager to learn, develop professionally, and pursue employment opportunities.
Important Requirements

Knowledge of foreign languages: Russian and English at B2+ level;

Good knowledge of Excel;

Availability to work full-time;

Ability to explain processed data to management in a clear, simple, and logical manner.
