What Will You Have the Opportunity to Do?

- Learn about Bank of Georgia’s processes and products.
- Welcome, assist, and consult customers visiting the service center, including helping them perform transactions through remote banking channels.
- Introduce customers to our products and offer guidance on activating and using these products through digital and remote channels.
- Ensure effective customer queue management and redirection.
