Key Responsibilities

Inbound Customer Support: Handling incoming telephone calls and written customer requests in German.

Consultation & Advisory: Providing complete consultations and effective end-to-end resolutions to customer inquiries.

Data Management: Accurately logging, updating, and maintaining customer profiles and interaction records within internal systems.
Qualification Requirements

Language Proficiency: Strong command of spoken and written German at a minimum B2 level.

Customer Focus: Service-oriented mindset with high dedication to customer satisfaction.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Computer Literacy: Good PC skills and adaptability to working with multiple software systems.
