Legislative Drafting: Participating in the preparation of draft legal acts concerning energy investment projects for submission to the Government of Georgia meetings.
Regulatory Development: Contributing to the development of draft normative acts related to energy investment projects.
Legal Analysis & Opinions: Reviewing submitted draft legal acts and preparing comprehensive legal opinions and evaluation reports.
Investment Execution: Participating in legal procedures and measures established by legislation for concluding energy investment contracts.
Project Support: Assisting and facilitating the implementation of energy projects governed by investment contracts.
Official Correspondence: Drafting official correspondence, legal briefs, and documentation originating from the Unit, Department, or Ministry.
Ad-Hoc Directives: Executing tasks assigned by leadership within the scope of competence defined by Ministry regulations and normative acts.
Education: Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or higher) in Law / Jurisprudence.
Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Energy, Finance, Project Management, Economics, Legal field, or working with/in International or Donor Organizations.

Evaluation Stages: Candidates will be evaluated through an Oral Task / Case Study and an Interview (testing domain-specific legal/energy knowledge and analytical abilities).
Maximum Total Score: 40 Points (Oral Task: max 20 points; Interview: max 20 points).
Oral Task Threshold: A candidate must score at least 12 points on the Oral Task to proceed to the Interview stage.
Final Qualification Threshold: Candidates scoring below 15 points in the interview will not be considered for appointment.
