• Available Departments: Intensive Care Unit (ICU / Reanimation), Operating Room (OR / Surgical), Anesthesia, and Emergency Room (ER)

• Patient Care & Assessment: Performing patient triage, identification, initial nursing assessment, and continuous monitoring.
• Care Planning: Developing, executing, and evaluating individualized nursing care plans and outcomes.
• Emergency Assistance: Administering primary emergency care and life support as needed.
• Consultation & Advice: Providing nursing advice and recommendations within professional competence.
• Communication: Maintaining professional and effective communication with medical staff, patients, and their family members.
• Infection Control & Safety: Adhering strictly to hygiene, epidemiological, and infection control standards.
• Medical Documentation: Accurately maintaining and updating electronic and physical medical records.
• Shift Handover: Executing structured patient handovers during shift changes, providing detailed information regarding interventions and clinical updates.
• Compliance & Ethics: Complying with AHT internal labor regulations, Code of Ethics and Conduct, occupational safety, sanitation, and fire safety standards.

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Nursing (Nursing Education required).
• Experience: At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a similar setting.

• Core values, ethical considerations, and legal aspects of nursing practice.
• Understanding the role of a nurse in health promotion and patient outcomes.
• Fundamentals of emergency care and medical terminology.
• Standard operating procedures for nursing interventions and clinical documentation.
• Knowledge of medication management, preparation, dilution, and storage.
• Guidelines for blood and blood-component storage and transfusion management.
• Operating medical equipment and basic computer proficiency (HIS/EMR software).
