Junior and senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for the position of evaluation specialist in one of the companies.

Main responsibilities:

• planning and visual inspection of the object to be evaluated;
• characterization/description of the object;
• study of the real estate and movable property market;
• participation in the assessment process;
• Performing various tasks related to the project.

Main requirements:

• Higher education in finance;
• 1 year of work experience in evaluation;
• A high level of English is mandatory (written and oral communication);
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.

• Analytical and logical thinking;
• ability to work in a team;
• Effective written and oral communication skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to effectively manage time;
• A high sense of responsibility.

Working Conditions:

• Location I. Tarkhnishvili #2, Vere Business Center;
• Full work schedule 09:00 - 18:00, Monday - Friday.
