Sales Manager
Nexia Georgia Solutions is seeking a goal-oriented and proactive Sales Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Lead Generation: Conducting outbound phone calls to existing and potential clients.

Product Presentation & Proposal Preparation: Introducing Nexia Georgia Solutions' software products and services to potential clients and preparing tailored commercial proposals.

Meetings & Presentations: Organizing client meetings and delivering professional product presentations.

Database Management: Managing and continuously updating existing and potential client databases (CRM).

Reporting: Maintaining accurate sales tracking and generating regular performance reports.
Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Russian (B2 level preferred).

Software Skills: Advanced knowledge of office productivity tools (MS Office Suite).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Time Management & Teamwork: Strong time-management skills and a collaborative mindset.
Work Conditions & Location

Work Location: King David Business Center, 12 Merab Aleksidze St., Tbilisi, Georgia

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 19:00 (Hybrid / Partially Remote)

Compensation: Competitive fixed salary (commensurate with experience) + performance-based bonus scheme
