Key Responsibilities:

Providing legal support for the company's daily operations and corporate functions

Drafting and reviewing legal documentation (contracts, official letters, applications, and legal statements)

Representing and protecting the company's interests in court and arbitration proceedings

Offering legal consultations to internal departments

Monitoring legislative updates and preparing regulatory impact reports
-
Identifying potential legal risks and preparing mitigation reports
-
Managing and conducting official legal correspondence
Qualification Requirements:
-
Higher education degree in Law
-
Prior work experience as a lawyer/legal professional is considered an advantage

Experience in the medical or healthcare sector is considered an advantage

Proficiency in MS Office applications
-
Proficiency in the English language is preferred

Strong teamwork orientation and a drive for continuous professional development
