Remuneration: 1,000 GEL Net (take-home salary) + Performance-based Salary Growth & Stock Options

Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, growth-oriented Junior Copywriter to join our team in creating inspiring, search-engine-optimized content. If you are passionate about deep research, continuous professional growth, and crafting digital copy that shines online, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy: Participating in the development and alignment of content strategies for diverse business clients.

Multi-Format Content Creation: Writing engaging copy for websites, blogs, news portals, analytical articles, and press releases.

Research & Analysis: Conducting deep information gathering, target audience research, and brief analysis prior to content generation.

Content Optimization & SEO: Updating, refining, and optimizing existing web content in close collaboration with the internal SEO team.

Performance Tracking: Using web analytics tools to evaluate content performance, engagement metrics, and conversion effectiveness.
Qualification Requirements
Mandatory Criteria:

Experience: Prior experience in copyediting, content creation, or digital marketing copywriting.

Language Skills: High-level proficiency in written English, along with flawless grammar, spelling, and punctuation in Georgian.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
