Main responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across various platforms, including Google Search, Shopping, and YouTube.
• Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords to enhance ad targeting and improve campaign performance.
• Ad Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and engaging ad copy, ensuring the message aligns with our brand and objectives.
• Competitor Analysis: Conduct research on competitor ads and strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead in the market.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to extract valuable insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing regular performance reports and presentations to communicate campaign results to stakeholders.
• Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Google Ads updates, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Main requirements:

• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related fields

Personal competencies and skills:

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to draw meaningful conclusions;
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

• Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9:30-18:30
• Working Location: Office in Tbilisi, Georgia
• Conditions & Compensation: This role will be based at an office in Tbilisi, for 40 hours per week, at a compensation of USD 500-800 Compensation can be revised in case of a candidate’s exceptional skills & experience.
