Company Overview:
Midea Caucasus is the official regional representative of the global Midea Group across the Caucasus region, specializing in heating, cooling, ventilation (HVAC), building engineering equipment, digital control systems, elevators, and escalators.
Key Responsibilities:

Participating in the development and execution of marketing strategies and action plans
-
Planning, implementing, and analyzing performance metrics for marketing campaigns
-
Managing company websites, printed marketing materials, and social media channels
-
Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluating campaign effectiveness
-
Communicating and coordinating actively with external partners and outsourced agencies
-
Organizing professional seminars, events, and factory visits
-
Assisting in marketing budget planning and conducting market price research
-
Preparing comprehensive performance reports on completed marketing activities
Qualification Requirements:
-
Higher education degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or related fields)
-
Minimum 1 year of professional work experience in marketing
-
Hands-on experience in managing digital and social media marketing platforms
-
Proficiency in English and Russian languages
-
Strong written communication, interpersonal, and creative thinking skills
-
Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
-
Familiarity with marketing analytical tools
-
High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
