Vacancy: Head of User Services and Service Development Department

Key Responsibilities:
-
Leading and managing the operations and activities of the department
-
Distributing duties among department employees, team leads, and division heads
-
Developing annual departmental plans and preparing quarterly/annual performance reports for library leadership
-
Organizing the execution of departmental functions and submitting operational proposals to the Director / Deputy Director
-
Supporting and promoting Open Science development initiatives
-
Charing the sectoral/field council
-
Executing specific assignments from the Library Director and Deputy Director
-
Ensuring legality, compliance, and overall operational efficiency of the department
Qualification Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree
-
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a relevant field
-
English language proficiency at B2 level
-
Knowledge of service standards of the TSU National Science Library
-
Understanding of key Social Media aspects
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
