Position: ERP Configuration Specialist (Paid Internship)
Location: King David Business Center, 12 M. Aleksidze St., Tbilisi, Georgia
Work Format: Full-time (Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00, Hybrid / Partially Remote)
Compensation: GEL 300 Net / month for the first 3 months

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Demos: Analyzing potential clients' business processes and delivering interactive software demonstrations.

Technical Support: Providing ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for existing clients.

Corporate Training: Conducting training sessions on accounting and management systems for client personnel.

Process Modeling: Mapping, analyzing, and modeling client workflows within the software ecosystem.

Technical Writing: Preparing Technical Specifications (Terms of Reference / ToR) as required.

Development Collaboration: Tasking software developers, coordinating specifications, and conducting system testing.
Qualification Requirements
Mandatory Criteria:

Education: Higher education degree (preferably in Business Administration or related fields). Senior-year undergraduate students are also encouraged to apply.

IT Literacy: Proficient command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Language Proficiency: Strong command of English and/or Russian (written and spoken).
