Junior and senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for a paid internship as a junior evaluation specialist at one of the companies.
Main responsibilities:
- Planning and visual inspection of the object to be evaluated;
- Participate in the characterization and description of the object;
- Involvement in real estate and movable property market research;
- Participation in the assessment process;
- Performing various tasks related to the project
Main requirements:
- Higher education in finance (3rd and 4th year students are also considered);
- A high level of English is mandatory (written and oral communication)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel is preferred
Personal competencies and skills:
- Analytical and logical thinking;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Effective written and oral communication skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to effectively manage time;
- A high sense of responsibility.
Working Conditions:
- Location I. Tarkhnishvili #2, Vere Business Center;
- Full work schedule 09:00 - 18:00, Monday - Friday
- 6 months - candidates who successfully complete the internship program will be employed in the company.
