Key Responsibilities:

Processing and managing portfolios of overdue loans and non-performing assets

Conducting negotiations with borrowers to offer structured payment terms

Engaging in direct phone communication and conducting field visits
-
Managing loan restructurings and monitoring payment schedules

Submitting daily progress and performance reports to management
