Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible schedule available for university students)

Monthly Salary: 800 – 1,000 GEL Net (commensurate with qualifications) + Performance-based bonuses upon passing the probationary period
Key Responsibilities

Inbound Call Handling: Providing comprehensive support for incoming calls, including dispatching emergency medical services, home-visit doctors/laboratories, and 24/7 auto assistance, as well as rerouting calls as needed.

Interdepartmental & Partner Coordination: Liaising with internal departments and partner organizations to ensure seamless service delivery for insured clients and New Vision University Hospital patients.

Call Monitoring & Follow-Up: Continuously monitoring call volume, identifying dropped calls, and ensuring timely callbacks.

Data Processing & Case Tracking: Logging and processing call inquiries via official email, service portals, or internal management software.

Multi-Channel Support: Responding to customer inquiries on social media channels or escalating them to appropriate departments.

Customer Feedback Management: Logging customer complaints and satisfaction feedback, routing them to relevant quality assurance teams.

Email Management: Regularly checking official and personal work email inboxes to ensure prompt follow-up communication.

Standards Compliance: Adhering to internal operating procedures and guidelines of both New Vision Insurance and New Vision University Hospital.
Qualification Requirements
Mandatory Criteria:

Education: Higher education or final-year university student.

Software Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Language Skills: Conversational proficiency in English.
Preferred Criteria:

Educational background in Medicine, Public Health, Pharmacy, Dentistry, or related healthcare fields.

Conversational proficiency in Russian.

Prior work experience in the insurance sector or a call center environment is considered a strong advantage.
