Emergency Department Registration Specialist (Day Shift)-American Hospital Tbilisi

• Location: 17 Ushangi Chkheidze St., 0102 Tbilisi, Georgia
• Gross Salary: 1,250 GEL (including taxes provided by Georgian legislation)

• Patient Admission & Registration: Welcoming patients, verifying identity, registering patient information, and opening medical charts.
• Financial & Cashier Operations: Processing financial records for medical services, handling cash/card transactions, maintaining secure cash storage, and preserving payment documentation.
• Shift Closing: Performing daily cash register closing procedures accurately in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Patient Dispatch & Referral: Routing patients to appropriate medical services through the electronic healthcare management system.
• Portal & State Reporting: Recording requests and notifications on the Ministry of Health electronic portal.
• Insurance Coordination: Submitting medical case notifications to insurance companies and preparing/transmitting required supporting documentation.

• Education: Higher education (Bachelor’s degree).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar patient-facing or administrative role.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Russian (minimum B1 level).
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of general principles related to medical documentation and health administration.
