Key Responsibilities:

Managing and executing the insurance claims settlement process

Reviewing insurance claims in accordance with established corporate policies

Processing insurance acts and preparing required settlement documentation

Collaborating with insurance experts, claimants, and relevant institutional entities

Advising clients and providing information regarding insurance terms and claim procedures

Monitoring process efficiency and ensuring timely claim resolution
Qualification Requirements:

Higher education degree (preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or Law)

Prior work experience in a similar role is considered an advantage

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Strong communication and negotiation skills
-
High sense of responsibility and ability to perform effectively under pressure
