Medical Engineer — 4Hospitals

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with partner suppliers of medical equipment and devices regarding technical and technological matters;
- Thoroughly reviewing technical documentation and specifications provided by suppliers and supporting the process of commissioning and putting medical equipment into operation;
- Actively participating in the delivery, installation, and commissioning of medical equipment and devices at client organizations;
- Developing in-depth knowledge of technological products imported by the company and actively participating in training sessions for partner clients;
- Providing ongoing technical support to client organizations and ensuring the prompt resolution of technical issues related to medical equipment;
- Providing warranty services to client organizations and ensuring continuous software updates for the equipment;
- Repairing various types of medical equipment and actively participating in communication with clients when necessary.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant technical and professional education;
- Previous experience working with medical equipment and devices;
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems;
- Advanced knowledge of technical terminology;
- Punctuality and strong organizational skills;
- Customer-oriented approach and ability to understand and respond to client needs and requirements;
- High level of responsibility and commitment when handling assigned tasks.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of English and/or other foreign languages will be considered an advantage.
