Junior Manager – Construction Project Monitoring

The Asset Valuation and Construction Monitoring Department of JSC Bank of Georgia is currently seeking a Junior Manager – Construction Project Monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing submitted project documentation and, where necessary, sending requests for additional information.
- Verifying the quantities specified in submitted cost estimates against the relevant project documentation and prevailing market prices.
- Preparing and submitting a project analysis report upon completion of the review, taking into account the relevant recommendations.
- Analyzing monthly completed work reports (Form 2) against the approved cost estimate, project documentation, and actual costs.
- Conducting site visits and documenting completed and planned construction works in accordance with the approved project documentation.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Higher education or currently enrolled in the final year of a bachelor’s degree program. A background in Design and Construction is preferred.
Professional Experience:
Prior experience in the relevant field is preferred. Final-year students specializing in Design and Construction are also encouraged to apply.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or ArchiCAD.
- Proficiency in standard office software, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and discipline.
- Ability to independently plan and organize work.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
