Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring uninterrupted supply of medical and non-medical equipment, inventory, and materials across clinics

Sourcing and verifying detailed information regarding required goods and services

Maintaining optimal stock levels within company central and clinic warehouses

Collaborating closely with internal structural units to organize procurement workflows

Adhering strictly to procurement deadlines in alignment with corporate policies

Monitoring active procurement processes and resolving vendor-related issues
Qualification Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of work experience in procurement operations

Prior work experience in the medical or healthcare sector is preferred

Relevant professional certifications in procurement are preferred

Knowledge of Ministry of Health regulations and compliance standards

Strong teamwork capabilities and a drive for continuous professional development
