4Hospitals is currently seeking a Procurement Manager to join its team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying and establishing relationships with new suppliers in line with the company’s priorities and business interests;
- Negotiating the best production and shipping terms with suppliers, including favorable pricing and logistics conditions, in order to support the achievement of the company’s sales targets;
- Developing long-term and sustainable relationships with supplier companies while maximizing the company’s interests;
- Continuously comparing product prices with competitors and regularly monitoring suppliers to secure the best possible prices;
- Ensuring quality control of sourced products;
- Maintaining long-term relationships with existing suppliers, continuously monitoring prices, and negotiating additional favorable terms within promotional or campaign conditions;
- Planning, executing, and overseeing the entire procurement process, including monitoring related documentation, contracts, and invoices;
- Communicating with transportation companies and monitoring transportation and customs clearance procedures;
- Organizing local procurement activities and controlling related expenses;
- Performing other duties directly related to the scope of the position;
- Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to the direct manager.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement; international market experience is preferred;
- Experience working with medical products will be considered an advantage;
- Fluent English and Russian are mandatory; knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered an advantage;
- Advanced knowledge of office software is preferred.

The compensation package consists of both a fixed salary and a performance-based bonus component.
