Overview:
The University of Georgia offers a paid internship opportunity in its Quality Assurance Office for motivated students interested in higher education management. This role provides direct insight into academic standard setting, quality control mechanisms, and internal administrative workflows within Georgia's largest private university.
Key Responsibilities:

Formatting and organizing departmental documentation
-
Participating in internal and external quality evaluation processes
-
Providing written and organizational communication support
-
Designing questionnaires and processing data
-
Assisting in the preparation of quality standards and administrative reports
-
Scheduling meetings and drafting official minutes/protocols
-
Updating and administering the digital archive
-
Carrying out other administrative tasks assigned by the Quality Assurance Coordinator
Qualification Requirements:

Motivated student currently enrolled in at least their 2nd year of study

High level of proficiency and clear communication skills in Georgian (written and spoken)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

High degree of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail

Readiness for teamwork and professional growth

Knowledge of the English language is considered a plus
