Location: 142 Akaki Beliashvili St., Tbilisi, Georgia

Monthly Salary: 1,200 GEL

Schedule: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM; Weekends off)
Key Responsibilities

Invoice & Loading List Verification: Reviewing loading lists, auditing invoice pricing against agreed terms, and maintaining updated invoice records for team distribution.

Master Data & Price List Management: Preparing product price lists, registering new items in the database, and verifying data/naming accuracy.

Inventory Tracking: Preparing weekly stock availability coefficient reports.

Order Processing: Placing and managing orders for retail customers and required spare parts.

Supplier & Sourcing Communication: Liaising with existing international partners and sourcing specific products on the global market.

Financial Reporting & Reconciliation: Preparing and sending monthly accounting documentation, including FOC (Free of Charge) invoices and Debit Notes.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Prior experience in procurement or purchasing (experience in international procurement is considered a strong advantage).

Language Skills: Minimum B2-level proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Software Literacy: High level of proficiency in MS Office and standard office software.
