Key Responsibilities

Client Communication: Managing daily written and verbal communication with German-speaking international clients and partners.

Documentation & Administration: Preparing, editing, and managing trade and export-related documentation.

Account & Request Management: Efficiently handling client inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Coordination & Reporting: Collaborating closely with internal operational teams and generating regular activity reports.
Qualification Requirements
Mandatory Criteria:

Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in German (C1–C2 level).

Education: Bachelor's degree or current enrolment in higher education (degrees in Business Administration, International Trade, Language/Linguistics, or related fields are preferred).

Work Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in administrative support, translation, customer service, or related functional areas.
