On May 8, a workshop titled “Conflict Management and Mediation in the School Environment” was held at The University of Georgia
The workshop aimed to strengthen participants’ professional competencies in conflict management and mediation within the school environment. During the meeting, participants were introduced to practical approaches that support conflict prevention, constructive resolution, and the creation of a positive learning environment. Practicing teachers had the opportunity to work on practical, case-based examples together with the moderators.

It is noteworthy that the workshop was attended by practicing teachers within the framework of The University of Georgia’s project for teachers, where the workshop was offered as one of the activities for participants.
