As part of the grant project, Ana Khurtsidze will spend her research period in Berlin, Germany, conducting scientific research at the Institute for Conflict Management at European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder).
The main focus of the research is a comparative legal analysis of court-annexed mediation, examining the German experience, existing models of court mediation, and their practical application. The study also aims to compare the insights gained with the Georgian legal and institutional context, evaluating opportunities for the development of court-annexed mediation in Georgia.
