Professor Bachana Jishkariani, Head of the Institute of Georgian, German, and International Criminal Law at the University of Georgia, has once again been invited to serve as a member of the Dissertation Board of the Faculty of Law at the University of Cologne.
The dissertation focuses on the issues surrounding the punishability of negligence from a constitutional law perspective, with the final defense scheduled for July of this year. Professor Jishkariani has been involved in the evaluation process of German doctoral candidates for several years, which highlights the international recognition of the academic staff at the Law School of the University of Georgia.
