Vacancy: Accounts Receivable Management Manager

Employment Type: Full-time (Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00 or 09:00–18:00, including 1-hour break)
Remuneration: 500 GEL (NET) + Performance bonus based on collected debts
(Note: Average monthly bonus ranges between 400–500 GEL NET)

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting telephone communications and negotiations with policyholders to recover outstanding payments or arrange structured payment plans

Sending formal SMS notifications regarding financial debt status
-
Draft agreements for payment terms and continuously monitoring payment execution

Managing accounts receivable databases and maintaining systematic documentation
-
Escalating unpaid claims by preparing and transferring relevant case files to the legal department

Generating weekly performance and progress reports for departmental management
Qualification Requirements:

Essential:
-
Higher education degree or final-year student status
-
Practical knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Communication-level proficiency in English and Russian languages

Preferred:

Degree in Law, Finance, or Economics

Prior work experience in the insurance sector or in a similar receivables management role
