Paid Internship Opportunity in Audit and Assurance Services
Students and graduates of the University of Georgia have the opportunity to apply for a paid internship at one of the international audit firms operating in Georgia, within its Audit and Assurance Services Department, with the possibility of future employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in understanding clients’ core business processes;
- Participating in the execution of audit plans under the supervision of an auditor;
- Assisting in the preparation and collection of audit evidence;
- Processing and maintaining primary documents in accordance with company policies;
- Observing inventory procedures and performing sample counts;
- Assisting in preparing documentation related to audit projects;
- Performing various tasks related to assigned projects;
- Participating in training sessions organized by the company.
Qualifications and Personal Attributes
- Basic educational background in Finance (third- and fourth-year students are also eligible to apply);
- English language proficiency at B2 level;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with a preference for Excel skills;
- Analytical thinking;
- Effective communication and the ability to express ideas clearly;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Quick thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Proactivity and initiative;
- Strong work ethic and diligence;
- Motivation for professional development.
