Vacancy: Talent and Culture Manager (Hospitality Industry)

Company Overview:
HPM is a hospitality management company within the Archi Holding portfolio, managing branded and non-branded hotel properties across Georgia. This role is based at the 156-room ibis Tbilisi City, operating under the international Accor Group franchise.
Key Responsibilities:

Conducting training needs analysis, developing training modules, and facilitating learning programs

Managing training administration, documentation, and performance reporting
-
Providing structured feedback to employees and submitting strategic recommendations to leadership

Assessing employee knowledge and competence levels and preparing detailed progress reports

Fostering corporate culture and driving staff engagement initiatives
-
Managing HR documentation, including employment contracts, leave requests, and sick leave notices
-
Overseeing employee onboarding and cultural adaptation processes
-
Participating in talent acquisition and recruitment selection processes as required

Conducting internal HR and operational compliance audits
Qualification Requirements:
-
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar HR/Talent Management role

Prior work experience in the hospitality sector

Conversational proficiency in English (knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage)

Proficiency in MS Office software
-
Strong interpersonal communication and organizational capabilities
-
High sense of professional responsibility
