Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Monitoring: Conducting regular monitoring and ensuring the seamless operation of academic and scientific technical infrastructure (projectors, smartboards, classroom computers, network/internet connectivity, etc.).

Technical Incident Response: Providing immediate troubleshooting and technical assistance to academic and scientific staff.

User Support & Consulting: Advising and assisting academic personnel on the proper use and operation of hardware equipment and instructional software.

General Duties: Executing additional tasks assigned by line managers in accordance with technical competence.
Qualification Requirements
Mandatory Criteria:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or 3rd/4th-year undergraduate student in Information Technology, Computer Science, Educational Technology, or a related field.

Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, hardware peripherals, and software products.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English (B2 level or equivalent).
